Getting started with arranging your funeral plan is very simple and there are three approaches to achieving this.
When writing your Will online
Writing your Will online has never been easier with A.D.E Wills’ simple and secure online Will writing services. You can read more about how to write your Will online here.
In Section 10, you can choose your funeral wishes to add into your Will.
Section 12 prompts you to provide any further questions or information you would like to add. Here is the perfect opportunity to tell us about your intentions for a funeral plan arrangement and ask any questions you may have about this.
Once you submit your completed Will Questionnaire, our team will see that you wish to discuss funeral plan arrangements, and will contact you to discuss these further.
When writing your Will over the telephone
If you wish to discuss your funeral plans when you write your Will over the telephone with us, you can let us know in advance when you request your call.
Simply visit our Telephone Wills page and click “Get Started”.
You will be taken to the “Request a Call Back” form. The form should take around a minute to complete. There is a box asking you to provide any further information or specific points of discussion when writing your Will. This is the perfect opportunity to tell us about your intentions for funeral plan arrangements.
When you submit your request for a telephone Will call back, our team will be aware that you wish to discuss your funeral planning arrangements and will discuss these with you when writing your Will over the phone with you.
Requesting a Call Back
If you wish to talk with a qualified professional about how to arrange a funeral plan, simply visit our homepage and scroll to the bottom of the page.
You will see the ‘Request a Call Back’ section.
Click ‘Lets Go’ and you will be taken to the “Request a Call Back” form where you simply provide your name, preferred contact details and time and day of availability.
Click “Let’s go” and simply answer the questions as they appear. The form should take a minute to complete.
There is a space provided for you to insert any questions or points you would like to discuss with us.
Once submitted, one of our team members will call you back on the day and in the time slot you have specified.
