Advice Services
Make Your LPA Services
- Ordinary Power of Attorney £150
An ordinary power of attorney covers decisions about your financial affairs and is valid while you have mental capacity. It is suitable if you need cover for a temporary period (such as a hospital stay or holiday) or if you find it hard to get out, or you want someone to act for you.
- Health and Welfare LPA £150
A health and welfare lasting power of attorney allows your attorney to make (or help you make) decisions about things like refusing or consenting to life sustaining treatment, medical care, where you live and daily routine activities, in addition to how they spend your money to maintain or improve your quality of life.
- Property and Financial Affairs LPA £150
Our LPA specialists are keen to help ensure you are happy that your property and finances are protected and you can retain as much control as possible if anything was to happen.
- Both LPAs £250
If you want one, it is just £150. However, if you wish to have both, then you can have the second LPA at a discount, so two LPAs are just £250.
- Couple LPAs £250-£450
You can have an LPA each for a total of £250 or you can both have two LPAs each for just £450. Equally, if one wants one LPA and the other wants both, it is just £350. We offer these discounts to make it easier to look after your family.
- Business LPA £200
Are you self-employed, a director of a company or a partner in a partnership? If so, a business LPA is suitable for you. Your business is exposed to all types of risks if you do not choose who is to take over the day-to-day running in case of any holiday, accident or other incapacitating medical conditions. We want to help protect your business as much as your family.
LPA Bonus Services
- Printed LPA £5 per LPA
The OPG will scan the pages of your LPA for their records. If they are unable to remove the binding, they will not be able to provide clear, readable copies for their scanning system. For just £5 (plus postage) per LPA, we will print and appropriately bind the LPA for you.
- OPG Correspondence Package £100
We will check your LPAs have been signed correctly, send them to the OPG for you, communicate with them on your behalf to ensure the successful registration of your LPAs, and notify any ‘persons to notify’ with the relevant forms for you.
- Home Visits £100
We cater to your needs. We offer home visits to our clients where we will attend your home to take your LPA instructions.
- Mental Capacity Assessment TBC
We work closely with experienced teams of specialist capacity assessors and medical professionals who can meet with you and provide a report on your capacity. Please get in touch with us to discuss this, if this is a concern for you, and we will be more than happy to help.
