We offer LPA packages and provide our services online, via telephone or through home visits, to suit your preferences.

Single LPA

This is suitable for individuals looking for a single LPA. This can be either a Health & Welfare or a Property & Financial Affairs LPA.
Discuss your wishes and ask any questions you have on a call, or in a home visit, and receive your printed LPA in the post.
Once the draft LPA is confirmed, you can use our Signing Guide in our Resources section to effectively sign and register your LPA. - £160

Single LPA

This is ideal for individuals who want more help to ensure it is signed properly.
Discuss your wishes and ask any questions you have on a call, or in a home visit.
Once the draft LPA is confirmed, we will then arrange and attend your Signing Meeting to ensure the LPA is signed in the correct order by the people present.
We will also act as your independent witness and Certificate Provider, to add more value whilst at the same time, giving you reassurance. - £285

We will then contact any attorneys and replacement attorneys who could not attend the Signing Meeting, to obtain their signed pages.

Want to make your LPA yourself?
There are many risks in writing your LPA by yourself if you have unusual or specific requirements. Otherwise, you do not need a lawyer to help you make an LPA.
We offer an ‘Advice’ service to help you gain more understanding on how to make your LPA above and beyond what any article or free guide can offer you.
