How to write your Will for free

A.D.E Wills’ online services makes writing your Will online fast, simple and widely accessible. We work closely with local charities so you can write your Will for free.

We work closely with Oxford United’s official charity, ‘Oxford United in the Community’, so that if you make a gift of any value to support their great and valuable work in Oxfordshire, we will write your Will for free.

Getting started with writing your Will is very easy. You will find many buttons taking you to the Will writing page across the A.D.E Wills website, such as the “Write your Will now” button on the homepage. You can find out more about how to write your Will online now with A.D.E Wills here.

You will be taken to the online Will writing section.

Click “Let’s do it” and simply answer the questions as they appear. All your answers will be securely stored in our servers and not disclosed to any third parties without your express permission.

The final section simply asks whether there is any other further information you wish to add. This is a good place to state that you wish to take advantage of our free Will service. You can simply state “OUITC” in this box and our team will know that we are writing your Will for free.

After completing the questionnaire, you will see a message informing you that our team will review your instructions. They will check everything is in order and contact you to answer any questions or confirm your instructions.

From then, you will have your downloadable Will within 7 working days, along with your Clause Clarification and Signing Guides.
