1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

This site is operated by A.D.E Estate Planning Limited, which trades as A.D.E Wills. 2. What This Policy Covers

Our site is an information site. It describes what we do, sets out our fees, and offers free guides and checklists. The only way to send us anything through it is our enquiry form.

We do not operate a forum, comment section, chat facility or any means of uploading files, and we do not publish content submitted by visitors. This policy is written for the site as it is, not for functionality we do not offer.

If we add interactive features in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site:

• in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
• in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect
• to harm or attempt to harm anyone, and in particular a child
• to bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate any person

• to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or your connection with any person
• to give the impression that anything you send us comes from us, when it does not

You also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site except as permitted by our Website Terms of Use.

4. Sending Us an Enquiry

Our enquiry form is the one place on the site where you can send us information. What you send should meet the standards below.

4.1 What Your Enquiry Should Be

• accurate, where it states facts
• genuinely held, where it states opinions
• relevant to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate planning or our services

4.2 What Your Enquiry Must Not Be

• defamatory of any person
• obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory
• threatening, abusive, or an invasion of another person’s privacy
• an infringement of anyone’s copyright, database right or trade mark
• a breach of a legal duty you owe to someone else, such as a duty of confidence
• advertising, or a solicitation of any kind

4.3 Information About Other People

Enquiries about Wills often mention family members, executors or beneficiaries. That is expected and we handle it carefully, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Please share only what is relevant, and please let those people know you have given us their details.

4.4 Please Do Not Send Sensitive Documents Through the Form

Do not attach or paste copies of identity documents, bank details or medical reports into an enquiry. If we need any of those we will ask, and we will tell you a secure way to send them.

5. Automated Access and Security

You must not:

• access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our site, the equipment or network on which it is stored, or any software used to provide it
• knowingly transmit any data or material containing viruses, trojans, worms, time bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful code
• attack our site by means of a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
• use any robot, bot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access, copy, monitor or republish any part of our site, as set out in our Website Terms of Use

Doing any of these things would be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We would report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate with them, including by disclosing your identity.

6. Linking to Our Site

You may link to our home page, provided you do so fairly and legally and do not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not suggest any association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists, and our site must not be framed within another site.

We decide, acting reasonably, whether this policy has been breached. Failure to comply with it is a material breach of the terms on which you are permitted to use our site, and we may take any of the following steps:

• take legal proceedings against you, including for the reasonable costs we incur as a result of the breach

This policy, its subject matter and its formation are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
