Land Registry Title Register Search £3
It is commonplace for people to co-own their property but not know whether they own the property as joint tenants or tenants in common. The difference is fundamental if you wish to pass your property to specific people. We can obtain your title register for you from the Land Registry for just £3 so you have certainty and clarity.

Certainty Registration £10 (per Will)
It can often be daunting thinking about where to store your Will, especially given that a lost Will is deemed to be destroyed by the testator. To save you the worry, we can store your Will on Certainty, which is the Law Society’s endorsed provider of a national Will Register.

You can get that extra peace of mind and reassurance that your wishes will be clearly passed on with a letter of wishes.

Will Witnessing Service £75
It is a legal requirement that a Will is witnessed by two independent people when signed. Simply let us know that you want one of our witnesses to come along to the signing meeting when booking your meeting.

Simply let our team know when and where they need to be and they will be there to conduct the signing of your Will. We will even store your Will for free on Certainty, The National Will Database.

We cater to your needs. We offer home visits to our clients where we will attend your home to take your Will instructions.

Life Interest Trust £100
A life interest allows you to split the benefit of an asset between different parties and can be written into your Will. It usually is used regarding properties but can apply to other types of assets.

Sever a Joint Tenancy £150
Joint tenants cannot pass their rights in a property, because the surviving joint owners continue to own the property together. To prevent this, we can sever your joint tenancy so you can pass your rights in the property to whoever you wish.

We work closely with experienced teams of specialist capacity assessors and medical professionals who can meet with you and provide a report on your capacity.
Your Will must be signed in the presence of two independent witnesses.
For extra safety, we offer an additional ‘Execution’ service.
We will attend and conduct the signing of your Will to ensure it has been validly executed. We can also provide our own independent witnesses.
